One of the mechanisms of these techniques is the deep penetration of laser radiation into the skin with specially selected parameters, where it, being absorbed by various chromophores, stimulates follicular cell division and active angiogenesis, which together leads to the transition of “sleeping” hair follicles to the anagen phase (active growth). The effectiveness of such techniques is confirmed by recent studies, which show that about 75-80% of the follicles in the human body are inactive, so the stimulation of these bulbs and their subsequent transition to anagen is one of the most promising and effective methods of treating baldness. Due to the selected parameters and the special spatial distribution of laser energy, a controlled deep heating occurs in the hair growth zone (follicle bedding zone), thereby stimulating not only the growth of “sleeping” hair follicles, but also improves the condition of the scalp as a whole, normalizing the functioning of the sebaceous and sweat glands (increased secretion of fat can also be one of the factors causing baldness).
